2025-2026 NEW Student Orientation

We are excited to welcome our students in grades 7-11 who will be new to the school this year. We appreciate you for trusting your child’s education to us. Please know that we will do all that we can to help him or her have a great first year experience at Walnut Hills High School

7^TH & 8^TH Grade Orientation

There are 4 sessions of 7^th and 8^th grade orientation for families to choose from,

Tuesday, August 5^th, 9:00am-12pm     

Tuesday, August 5^th, 12:30-3:30pm

Wednesday, August 6^th, 9:00am-12pm

Wednesday, August 6^th, 12:30-3:30pm

Parents, please drop off students at the beginning of the orientation session, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start time (8:50 and 12:20).  Students will enter the building at the Blair Circle entrance (best GPS address: 1500 Blair Avenue, 45207), they will be met by student ambassadors, and escorted to the auditorium for registration.

Parents/guardians are asked to return to attend a short session for the last 75 minutes of the orientation session (10:45-12 or 2:15-3:30).

Parents will also enter at the Blair Circle entrance and will join us in the auditorium.

9^th-11^th Grade Orientation

Our new student orientation for high school students will be Thursday, August 7, 9:30-11:30.

Parents and students should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start time (9:20 am) and enter at the Blair Circle entrance, which is off of Blair Avenue (best GPS address: 1501 Blair Ave., 45207).

If students are driving themselves, they can park in the lot right in front of Blair Circle.

Student Ambassadors will be there to welcome the students and help them go to the Auditorium. The orientation will introduce new students to the school and include topics such as navigating the building, academic resources, extracurricular and athletic activities, and student life.

Parents will have an opportunity to visit the spirit shop to browse available spirit wear!
