Parents

Automated attendance line for all day absences for all grades!

Absence:
If your student will be absent for any part of or the entire day, parents/guardians need to call the Absence Hotline at 363-8404. This is the absence number for all grades.

Tardy:
If your student will be tardy, please send students with a note to the grade level office when they arrive. There is no need to call the office to let us know your student is running late. Attendance will be resolved when they arrive.

Early Dismissal:
If students have an early dismissal, please send students with a note to the grade level office before first bell to get an Early Dismissal Permission Slip. This will allow your student to be dismissed from class and meet you outside.

If students don't have a note in the morning, parents need to come in to the grade level office to sign students out with photo ID. Please note, if you are coming in to sign a student out, give yourself extra time. It can be difficult to track down students especially during gym class and 4th bell lunch.

Change of Dismissal:
If your student has a change of dismissal, please contact the grade level office before 1pm. Please do not leave a message as we cannot guarantee to get the message to your student before the end of the school day. Please make sure to speak to a grade level secretary or the main office secretary.
