Slot Machines.
The goal is to build your own functioning slot machine in VB.
The player will input how much they want to start with in a text box.
The game will keep a running total of how much the player has left.
It is 1 dollar per pull to play.
There a four objects - an eagle (10%), duck (20%), chicken (30%) , and a turkey (40%). If you prefer to use your images, that is okay.
One way to do this is to pick a number from 1 to 100 and if it falls in the 1-10 range it is an eagle, 11 to 30 for a chicken, etc.
There are different probabilities for each combination.
- One of a kind - no winner
- Two of a kind - no winner
- Three of a kind = winner
Eagle gets $50, duck gets $20, chicken gets $10, and Turkey gets $5.
Adjust these as you see fit so the game is not too stingy or too loose.
You should be able to create an interface that is appealing.
